Returns
You have 2 working days (48 hours from the delivery date of the purchase) to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. And, your item needs to have the receipt or proof of payment.
Refunds
Once we have receive the item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of the order. We will replace the product with one of equal or greater value or initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). Depending on your card issuer’s policies, the credit should appear within 24 to 48 hours, .
Shipping
Incorrectly completed orders or errors that occur during shipping are the responsibility of Niagara Food Specialties. Otherwise, all other errors are the responsibility of the purchaser.
