Chef David Watt has released his first cookbook. Entitled ‘Feast of Friends’, the cookbook showcases recipes and stories from 30 different Chefs in Canada’s regional food and wine Mecca, Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario. No doubt, you shouldn’t be surprised that Mario is featured as one of those chefs and Niagara Foods Specialties.
The project also shines a light on the intensity and the sometimes gruelling aspects of working in kitchens that have caused a generation of chefs struggling with their mental health.
The book retails for $45 at select locations in the Niagara region and s portion of the profits are marked for donation in support that cause.
