 1 Pingue Sausage Coil (Salt & Pepper, Original- salt, pepper & chilies, honey garlic, Fennel - salt, pepper, chilies and fennel seed)
 100 g Pingue Pancetta Slice pack
 2 Spanish Onions (medium size)
 2 Red Bell Pepper (chopped)
 160 g Pingue Pancetta Lardons
 olive oil
 Salt & Black Pepper (to taste)
 1 Round Ciabatta Loaf (medium size)

Grill Pingue Pancetta lardons until they begin to render, add onion 10-15 minutes, add bell peppers until caramelized.


Grill Sausage coil for 12-15 minutes at 350-400F° degrees.


Toast Ciabatta loaf and serve piping hot with your favourite condiments, a good wine and your summer soundtrack.
